Terms & Conditions of the Website
1. Acceptance of Agreement
1.1 By accessing, registering an account and placing orders on zalexmining.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full civil capacity. You voluntarily agree to be bound by all these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and PCI Payment Statement.
1.2 This website operates purely as a cross-border dropshipping store. All goods are warehoused, packed and shipped cross-border directly by the Chinese supplier, Hubei Huihe International Trade Co., Ltd. We hold no inventory and do not take physical possession of goods.
1.3 We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions shall take effect upon publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2. Accounts and User Obligations
2.1 You must provide true and accurate recipient name, delivery address, contact number and email address when placing orders. Any loss arising from lost parcels, misdelivery, refusal of acceptance or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you shall be borne solely by you
2.2 You are prohibited from purchasing infringing, prohibited or illegal goods via this Website. You may not bulk resell our supply sources or copy product materials for resale to third parties. In the event of breach, we reserve the right to cancel your orders, permanently block your access and claim compensation for losses.
2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and payment information. All order disputes and losses resulting from account theft shall be borne by you.
3. Goods, Pricing and Inventory Rules
3.1 All products displayed on the Website correspond to the Supplier’s List of 300 Household Daily Necessities, covering home cleaning, kitchen & bathroom goods, storage articles, general merchandise, textile products, personal care and household tools. Jewelry, pet supplies, outdoor goods, toys, remote-controlled vehicles and plush toys are extended retail categories on the Website, all fulfilled via unified dropshipping by the Supplier.
3.2 Displayed prices are retail prices quoted in US Dollars (USD). Settlement is calculated based on Supplier supply price + cross-border logistics fee. We reserve the right to adjust front-end selling prices synchronously in response to supplier price revisions (subject to written notice 7 working days in advance). Paid orders confirmed prior to price adjustments shall remain unaffected.
3.3 Inventory data is synchronised in real time with the Supplier’s warehouse. If goods are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email within 48 hours and offer three options: modify the order, full cancellation & refund, or delayed shipment. Failure to respond within the prescribed period shall be deemed automatic order cancellation.
3.4 Product images, dimensions and colours are for reference only. Minor colour differences arising from different production batches shall not constitute grounds for after-sales claims on quality.
4. Order Fulfilment and Shipping Rules
4.1 After you submit an order, we shall transmit complete order information to the Supplier within 48 hours. Any loss caused by delayed transmission beyond such timeframe leading to shipment delay or lost parcels shall be borne by us.
4.2 Once the Supplier packs and dispatches goods, we will send the tracking number and tracking link to your reserved email. A 1–3 day delay in logistics trajectory updates shall be regarded as normal.
4.3 Delivery times are estimated only. We shall not be liable for compensation for delays caused by customs inspection, local courier strikes, natural disasters or other force majeure events, though we may assist with logistics follow-up.
4.4 Only cross-border direct shipping is supported. Local self-pickup and bulk wholesale stocking services are unavailable.
5. Payment and Settlement
5.1 We accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards and international PayPal payments. All payment gateways comply with PCI DSS security standards; we do not store complete bank card information.
5.2 Full payment will be deducted upon order placement. After you confirm receipt without objections, we will settle payment to the Supplier within 72 hours. You must not initiate malicious chargebacks or false disputes.
5.3 In cases of malicious chargebacks, false complaints or overdue disputes, we reserve the right to blacklist your user profile, freeze subsequent orders, and pursue recovery of losses through the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) of Zambia and cross-border judicial channels.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All texts, images, videos, product layouts and LOGOs on the Website are commercial assets of ZALEX MINING LIMITED. No downloading, reproduction, commercial use or secondary distribution is permitted without prior written authorisation.
6.2 Product materials provided by the Supplier are licensed solely for use on our independent website. Any unauthorised theft of materials by customers or third parties, or resale based on our supply sources, will result in our pursuit of infringement compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We only provide online retail matching and dropshipping coordination services. The Supplier based in China is the party responsible for physical product quality, warehousing and cross-border logistics fulfilment. Any after-sales issues arising from product quality, wrong/missing items or logistics damage shall be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect losses (including loss of profit, work interruption losses, equipment damage, mental damages). Our maximum aggregate compensation liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
7.3 We accept no liability for compensation if temporary website maintenance, server failure or third-party payment gateway outages cause temporary inability to place orders.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any dispute between you and us shall first be resolved amicably via email negotiation. If negotiation fails, customers residing in Zambia may file complaints with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) of Zambia. Disputes arising from supplier fulfilment shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and subject to the jurisdiction of the People’s Court where the Supplier (Hubei Huihe) is located.
8.2 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
9. Confidentiality and Termination of Agreement
9.1 We strictly protect the confidentiality of your name, delivery address, contact number, order records and payment information; please refer to the separate Privacy Policy for details.
9.2 If you commit serious violations (including false complaints, reselling supply sources, malicious chargebacks), we may unilaterally terminate services and close relevant orders without prior notice.
